Our training programs include personal development program (Individual Development Plan), and diversified learning and continuing education courses. Specific programs are listed as the following: 

● Freshman training: a guidance for our new employee to learn and understand corporate culture, core value, important company policies, and skill development. We seeks to adapt them our team as soon as possible. 

● Professional skill training: We provide different levels of expertise, skills and professional trainings for all levels of our employees, including processing, equipment, operation management, quality assurance, human resources, information technology, research and development, etc.
