Dr.Yuan-Huai Simon Tsuo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Yuan-Huai Simon Tsuo serves as our Chief Executive Officer and also Chairman of Motech board of directors. Dr. Tsuo has involved in the field of photovoltaic since 1979. Prior to joining Motech Solar, for more than 18 years, Dr. Tsuo worked as a senior scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado, U.S.A. Before joining NREL, Dr. Tsuo worked at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Menlo Park, California and the NASA/Langley Research Institute in Hempton, Virginia. Dr. Tsuo holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Yeshiva University in New York City in 1978.     Dr.Kuo En Chang President of Solar Division Dr. Kuo En Chang has joined Motech since 1999 initially as our Chief Technology Officer and later as President of Solar Division in 2008. Before he joined Motech Solar, Dr. Chang worked on the secondary battery research at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) for more than 3 years. Dr. Chang also worked at the China Steel Cooperation as the production foreman for 2 years before his graduate study. Dr. Chang holds a Ph.D. degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1995.     Mrs. Anne Li Chief Information Officer Anne Li joined Motech in Feb. 2005. Prior to joining Motech, she worked at Qwest Communication Inc. in Denver, Colorado, National Renewable Energy Lab in Golden, Colorado. Ms. Li has over 15 years of experiences in Information Technology field as Senior IT Consultant, DBA Design Engineer, Software Engineer, and MIS Analyst. Ms. Li holds a Master Degree in Computer Information System from the University of Denver in 1990.     Mr. Norman Shen Chief Financial Officer Mr. Norman Shen joined Motech in Sept., 2008. Prior to joining Motech, he was the CFO of Systex Corporation, also served as Deputy Director of Finance Division of TSMC, SVP & GM of Int’l Banking in DBU&OBU, Fubon Commercial Bank, Financial Manager of Yuan Foong Yu Paper mfg., Co. Ltd, and Int’l Lending Office of Bank of America, Taipei Branch. Mr. Shen has over 20 years in professional finance functions between finance and manufacture industries. He holds Master Degree in Economics from National Chung Hsin University in 1982.     Mr. Charles Hung Vice President of Logistic Management Division Mr. Charles Hung joined Motech in September 2008. Prior to joining Motech, he worked at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) for sixteen years. He had been the Department Manager of Manufacturing Department, the Deputy Division Director of Human Resource Operation Center and the Division Director of Production Planning Division. He designed the most advanced 300mm Wafer full automation production as a pioneer. Mr. Hung got his Master Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 1990.     Mr. JSF Derick Botha Vice President of Commercial Division Mr. Botha joined Motech in July, 2009. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Solar industry. Before joining Motech, he held senior management positions in GE Solar and AstroPower in Sourcing and Commercial Operations. After 20 years at Siemens in South Africa as Divisional Director Sales and Administration he was Managing Director of Africa Solar one of the first producers of solar modules in South Africa. In addition to his strong industry network, he brings experience in market development, sales and purchasing. Mr. Botha is expected to strongly contribute to the further development of the business – especially in the European and North American markets'. Botha graduated from University of Witwatersrand MAP.     Dr. Allen C.H. Wu Vice President of of R&D Division Dr. Wu joined Motech in Aug., 2009. Prior to joining Motech, he was the President of Sinonar Solar Corporation, also served as President of Tai-Saw Technology Co. Ltd., AVP of Sinonar Corporation. With more than 10 years of product development experiences at PV industry, Dr. Wu will help accelerate R&D team effort and strengthen Motech’s technology leading edge. Dr. Wu holds a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign in 1992.     Dr. Li-Ren Lin Vice President of Manufacturing Division Dr. Lin joined Motech in September 2009. Prior to joining Motech, he was Department Manager of Manufacturing, the Deputy Director of Fab 14 and the Deputy Director of Backend Technology and Service Division in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). Dr. Lin holds a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1996. He was honored with the Innovation Award from TSMC in 2005 and Excellent Executive of Tainan Region in 2007.
